At the present time Ukraine has very favorable conditions for growing of the ecologically safe agricultural products. The situation appeared as the consequence to the fact that due to low incomes Ukrainian farmers seldom use chemicals even for traditional farming. There is very small internal market of ecologically pure products in Ukraine which can be related to high level of prices for such type of food and low paying capacity of population majority. As the same time Ukraine have already managed to show off at the international market of ecologically safe products as an exporter: in the list of 100 countries-manufactures Ukraine holds the 16th place as a country with spaces for growing of ecologically pure products.

However EU need for ecologically safe food is constantly increasing, and our country possesses all the favorable conditions to enter international market as a manufacturer and exporter of such products. This will enable Ukraine to take one of the leading positions in European Community as the supplier of ecologically pure food products, which in its term will speed up the process of entering the EU by Ukraine.

To solve the issue Ukraine should use the experience and method of development issued by Japan and some West European countries: to use innovative resource-saving technologies for tillage of soils and for sowing of agricultural plants, to replace the synthetic combined fertilizers and pesticides with certified organic, natural fertilizers.
